Our packaging is designed for high-speed automatic packaging, with strict tolerances and a robust mechanical structure. Everything is fully customisable: graphics, structure, security finishes, internal inserts – so that every package meets the strict requirements of the pharma industry and complies with current legislation. We can easily integrate Datamatrix and QR codes, batch numbers, expiration dates and security elements, all essential for traceability and serialization.

We are involved in every stage – from rapid prototyping and CAD testing to production and delivery – in order to support our pharmaceutical customers in fast launches and compliance with strict regulations.

Technical Details

Available materials: GC1/GC2 cardboard, SBS, white kraft (250–450 gsm), food and pharma grade, FSC®/PEFC certified.
Printing and finishes: 4–6 colour offset, low-migration inks, Braille embossing, spot UV, inside/outside printing.
Structural design: standardised folding cartons (ECMA/FEFCO), CAD prototyping, customised internal compartments.
Operational compatibility: tolerance ±0.3–0.5 mm, integration of Datamatrix, QR and EAN codes, batch/expiration markings, multipack solutions.
Certifications: BRCGS Packaging Materials, Reg. (EC) 1935/2004, Directives 2001/83/EC and 2011/62/EU, full documentation available.
